Move For More Energy!

You may think that exercise will make you tired, but a recent analysis by University of Georgia researchers of 70 studies, concluded that a regular exercise program actually increases energy and reduces fatigue, compared to a sedentary lifestyle – and maybe even more effective than stimulant drugs.
Exercise can benefit healthy adults as well as those with medical or psychiatric conditions, including cardiovascular disease and cancer, the researchers noted.
