Sylvester Stallone, one of the biggest names of Hollywood who has played a cameo in upcoming bollywood flick Kambakkht Ishq and was expected to attend the grand premiere in Mumbai, will give the function a miss.

 Sources say that even other Hollywood stars like Denise Richards and Brandon Routh will not be attending the grand premiere of the film in India. The main reason behind the refusal of these biggies to come to India to grace the occasion is said to be their busy schedule for this new release date of the film. In fact, the film was earlier supposed to be released on May 29, and for that date these stars had given their consent to be present on the occasion.
 
But, when Sajid Nadiadwala changed the release date of his upcoming flick ‘Kambakht Ishq’ from May 29 to July 3, Hollywood hunk Sylvester Stallone, former Bond girl Denise Richards and Brandon Routh found it difficult to accommodate the revised date in their busy schedule. The buzz is that producer Sajid Nadiadwala tried very hard to persuade these Hollywood hotties to come to premiere but there was no progress on this front.

The delay in the release of the ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ had nothing to do with its cast and crew or censor board. On the contrary, everything was going in accordance with the plan, but suddenly producers-multiplexes strike struck bollywood, which continued for six weeks. This caused delay in the release date of the film and Sajid or anyone else could do little about it.

The insiders say that Sajid Nadiadwala had planned meticulously the itinerary of the Hollywood stars during their stay in Mumbai for the premiere. The arrangement for Sylvester Stallone and Denise Richards’s stay was to be made at Taj Mahal hotel and special security was also arranged for them.  A special chopper had also been arranged for Sylvester Stallone, who wanted to visit Agra during his stay. But, all this went in vain.

However, to make for the loss of Hollywood biggies, the producer of the film is trying to rope in sizzling hot Australian singer and actress Holly Valance for the occasion. She is an established name in Australia and has also made an appearance in ‘Kambakht Ishq’.

‘Kambakht Ishq’ is a mega budget bollywood flick produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Shabbir Khan. The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor in the lead. The film has already become a talking point for the ten kisses between Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. Kareena plays a super model in the film and has donned a bikini, raising the temperature of the film further.

The film also has former Bond girl Denise Richards in a hot steamy kissing sequence with Akshay Kumar, who plays the character of a stunt man in the film. Denise Richards’ praise of Akshay’s kissing technique had also made a headline some time before. The film is due for a world wide release on July 3 on twenty percent more screens than Aamir Khan’s super duper hit film ‘Ghajini’.
