Shahid Kapur, the handsome hunk of bollywood who plays the lead in Pankaj Kapur’s upcoming flick ‘Mausam’, is keen on working with Katrina Kaif and has recommended her name to his father.



However, the trouble is that Pankaj Kapur does not want to cast any of the established heroines opposite Shaid Kapur in his romantic caper. In fact, Pankaj Kapur has already started a nationwide search for a fresh faced babe to cast opposite Shahid Kapur in ‘Mausam.’




Pankaj feels that the freshness of the story will not be there if he casts someone well- known opposite Shaid in the film. The film is likely to go on the floors in the first month of next year and Pankaj Kapur wants to make sure that nothing hampers (least of all, any tantrums from an established bollywood babe) him during the making process of the film.

On the other hand, Shahid Kapur does not want to work with some newcomer as that would not be very conducive to his bollywood career at this stage. After working with big names like Priyanka Chopra in ‘Kaminey’, Kareena Kapoor in ‘Jab We Met’, etc, he wants his winning streak to continue with other films.
