Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, one of the few hot married actresses of bollywood and daughter-in-law of Amitabh Bachchan, who plays lead opposite Hrithik Roshan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming flick ‘Guzaarish’, has taken leave from the shooting for the premiere of Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek, Vidya starrer ‘Paa’, to be held on December 3.



Sources close to Bachchan family say that Amitabh was finding it difficult to cope with the invitations and other formalities of upcoming premiere of ‘Paa’, as his better half Jaya Bachchan was in Delhi attending Parliament. Even Abhishek Bachchan was not available to help him in the task (shooting in Goa for Ashutosh Gowarikar), and Big B, at this age, was finding the going very tough for himself.



 It was at this juncture that Aishwarya Rai, who has been busily shooting with Hrithik Roshan for ‘Guzaarish’, decided to take leave to help her father- in- law in his task.

However,  Aishwarya Rai did not ask directly for the leave from director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, as she knew well that he was a very strict taskmaster in the matters of  shooting schedules etc. In fact, she just made Bhansali hear to her expressions of helplessness in helping her Pa, Big B.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali got the cue and decided to re- schedule the shooting after consultation with Hrithik Roshan, who was expected to shoot with Aishwarya on those days. Now, Aishwarya will not only attend the premiere of ‘Paa’ with Big B, but also can oversee the final arrangements on the day, before that all important day.

In fact, ‘Paa’ is very important flick not only for Big B and Abhishek Bachchan but also for Aishwarya Rai, who has taken upon herself to market the flick before its release. The buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that all major marketing decision about ‘Paa’ has been taken by the gorgeous bahu of Big B herself.

In fact, ‘Paa’ is going to be an important vehicle through which Big B and Aishwarya Rai want to revive their home banner ABCL. It is to this end that Aishwarya Rai has been taking special interest in this Balki- directed flick.

‘Paa’ is a film about father-son relationship, wherein Amitabh Bachchan enacts the character of a 13-year-old boy for the first time in his illustrious acting career. Another curious factor for the audiences will be Abhishek Bachchan playing the part of Big B’s father in the flick, while Vidya Balan essaying the part of his mother.

The movie is all set for a worldwide release on December 3.
