The story of the film revolves around Rocket Singh who baraly manages to pass his exams with 35% marks.Still he nurtures a dream of making it big in sales while keeping his conscience intact. Much to his disappointment,Rocket singh finds that all morals and principles of life didn't stand a chance in the world of salesmanship.

His dream world shatters into peaces and he works towars making his own company inside the office premises which adheres to human values.

Ranbir Kapoor has done excellent job as Rocket singh ,the average grader who thinks he can afford to have the luxury of keeping morals.In bits and pices, he has shown immense maturity and gets into the chracter of an honest ambitious sardar jee. Gauhar Khan has shown sparks of an aotstanding actress in the making.Shazahn padamsee doesn't have much to do in the movie.prem chopra as the doting grandfather stands out. some of the character artists have done excellent job and given able support to the lead actors.

Stardust Verdict : all in all the movie lacks entertainment value for the common masses.People in sales would relate to the characters and could like the little details in the movie.the movie deoesn't leave an impact like Amin's "Chak De India".It's a good movie but the details might make it appear slow in pace.also, the lack of music would go against the masses expectations.An avearage fare at the box office.
