Pravesh Rana, the former Mr. India and one of the finalists of season 3 of Bigg Boss being hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, has been punished for his unruly behavior and will have to go without any kind of food for twenty four hours.



Not only this, Pravesh Rana has also been ordered by the bigg boss to cook food for ten children who will visit the Bigg Boss house and feed them with respect as a penance for his wrongdoing and indiscipline. Pravesh, who had all along been very childish and arrogant with the housemates like Vindoo Dara Singh and Poonam Dhillon(Bakhtiyaar Irani had already quit by accepting Rs 10 lakhs), meekly accepted the decision of Bigg Boss.



Earlier, feeling insecurity from the other two celebrities-- Vindoo and Poonam--, Pravesh Rana had thrown all the food articles into the swimming pool of the house. Pravesh wanted to teach the other two contestants a lesson, as he said, though the audience took his actions as frustration and insecurity of a bad sportsman. Pravesh had entered into finals through the immunity given to him by Claudia Ciesla.

The buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Pravesh Rana was trying to create a sympathy wave among the audiences by first refusing to eat, and then showing himself to be a victim of two senior actors—Vindoo Dara Singh and Poonam Dhillon.

However, Pravesh Rana’s act of throwing food in the swimming pool backfired and he lost the sympathy and love of the audience. In fact, his image after the indisciplined act of behaving in a provocative manner and then showing disrespect to food, took a beating and he lost the plot completely.

Though, Pravesh Rana subsequently apologized to Vindoo and Poonam, but that too was being seen by the audience as another manipulation on the part of rowdy Rana. Though, Bigg Boss is infamous for bringing animal in every contestant to the fore, but it was too much from Pravesh.

It may be recalled that Pravesh Rana’s entry into the Bigg Boss’ house was through a wild card and his survival in the house largely depended on him providing romantic footage with Claudia for the audience. Even his entry into the finals had been ensured by that German hot beauty.

But unfortunately, Pravesh could not live up to the expectations of the audience and Claudia.
