Question:- I am 16yrs old. My lower stomach, i.e. below my belly is bulging outwards whereas it is not so for others. It bulges especially when my tummy is full or when my urinray bladder is full. Can you suggest some remedy for this?
Answer:- OUR EXPERT ANSWERS The belly naturally bulges if the bladder is full. If your tummy retains its bulge even after emptying the bladder, then the culprit probably is belly fat. This is easily addressed with a regular exercise routine and a moderate diet. Since you’re only 16, instead of tying yourself to the gym, take up a sport that you’ll enjoy playing daily – tennis, volleyball, etc. Or you could jog, walk, bicycle, swim, and watch the fat melt away. As for your diet, to make it simple, just follow these 2 rules: 1. Keep track of liquid calories (colas, milkshakes, juices) and 2. Avoid anything made of maida.
