STORY
The film belongs to comedy genre and its story revolves around three main characters played by Tusshar Kapoor, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal. They share the same name ‘Lakshmi Narayan’ which causes confusion and chaos when they go to the same place for some work.
The starting point is the theft of Rs 100 million diamonds from a mafia don Mukesh Tiwari (Papa), which accidentally falls in the hands of Tanisha (Chandni) and Upen (Chandu), who are madly in love with each other. The young lovers hide the precious diamonds in a car, while Mukesh Tiwari and his henchmen Vrijesh Hirjee(Albert) go mad in search of them. On the other hand, a police officer, played by Neetu Chandra (Mayavati), is hot on chase and wants to nab criminals as soon as possible.
Tusshar Kapoor plays the character of Lakshmi Narayan number one and belongs to a mafia family. His only aim is to become a big mafia don to make his mother proud of him.

Suniel Shetty, who is Lakshmi Narayan number two, is an MBA from Darjeeling and follows the principle that boss is always right. He does everything to please his boss and never argues, keeping his first principle in mind.
Paresh Rawal plays the third Lakshmi Narayan, who is a hawker by profession and sells lingerie in his mobile car on the streets of Chandni Chowk. He has earned enough and is the owner of a factory.
The confusion arises when all the three Lakshmi Narayans reach the hotel Blue Diamond at the same time for their individual work and made to wait for message at the reception. Tusshar Kapoor has gone there to kill Mukesh Tiwari(Papa) to fulfill his ambition of becoming a don, while Suniel Shetty is there to buy a vintage car from Sameera Reddy(Laila) for his boss. Paresh Rawal also reaches at the hotel to collect new designs from upcoming designer Jiya (Esha Deol) for the valentine collection of his factory. The confusion reigns supreme when all the three Lakshmi Narayans land up to meet the wrong persons due to wrong letters and photographs given to them.
While Tusshar receives Esha’s photograph and proceeds to kill her, Suniel Shetty gets Mukesh Tiwari’s photograph and demands the car for his boss. Paresh lands up at Sameera Reddy’s place and wants her to show lingerie designs. What happens to whom forms the part of climax of the film.
PERFORMANCE
Suniel Shetty acts well and in some scenes has done a terrific job. But his continuous use of the same ‘left- right’ dialogue irritates after a certain point and becomes monotonous.Tusshar Kapoor has done a good job but not terrific. Paresh Rawal is not his usual best as one may expect him to be, though he has done better than others in the portrayal of his character Lakshmi Narayan three.

Of the heroines, Sameera Reddy has done justice to the role of Laila and looks gorgeous. Esha Deol, in the character of designer Jiya, does not inspire much and her acting is mechanical. Tanisha Mukherjee had hardly any scope to show her histrionics in the film.Neetu Chandra, who plays the character of a police officer in the film, is very loud in her portrayal and goes overboard.
Mukesh Tiwari, in the character of mafia don papa, has done reasonably well. Manoj Pahwa looks natural to the core, while Sanjay Mishra is in top form. Vrijesh Hirjee passes the muster. Upen Patel is wasted in the film, while Murli Sharma fails to impress.
The direction of Ashwani Dheer is at best average. Though the choice of actors is alright but script demanded some more tightening grip from the director. Ashwani seems to have worked more on witty dialogues and individual sequences than on the screenplay of the film.
The music of the film by Raghav Sachar is average but title number and two others - ‘Rock Mahi’ and ‘I wanna Guy’ will be popular with the masses. The cinematography is not up to the mark. Other production values are average.

STARDUST VERDICT
The presence of stars like Suniel Shetty, Tusshar Kapoor, Esha Deol, Sameera Reddy will help the film getting noticed at the initial stage. But not -so -coherent script and wafer- thin plot will go against it. The film is likely to do better at multiplexes and big centers than smaller centers. A below average fare at the box office.
