STORY
The story revolves around the characters of Jimmy Shergill (Neel) and Nisha Rawal (Maya) who are in love with each other. Neel is a brilliant student at Columbia University and hopes to realize his dream of making it big in life. Just when he wanted to start a new life with Maya, a big opportunity of going to India and establishing a call center comes his way and he leaves for India with his friend Rajpal Yadav(Sunny).
Sunny is Neel’s roommate and a very close friend, but just opposite in terms of having girlfriends. Sunny likes to keep as many girlfriends as possible. He loves to live life to full. His American love interest is Sarah Thomas, who loves him, but remains sad about his roving eyes.
In India, Neel meets Tanvi (Monishka) who is a call centre manager and helps him in establishing the business. However, Tanvi falls for the charms of Neel and wants him to reciprocate her feelings, but he is engrossed in Maya’s love and pays no attention to her. A frustrated Tanvi hatches a plan to destroy him. How he comes out of all this forms the rest of the film.
PERFORMANCE
Jimmy Shergill is first rate and enacts the character of Neel with conviction. Nisha Rawal as Maya shows more cleavage than her acting prowess. Ditto for the other female protagonist Monishka, who plays the character of Tanvi. Rajpal Yadav again excels in his comedy act through triple role in the film. Manoj Singh and Jawed Shiekh did not have much scope in the film. Shakti Kapoor is simply wasted. Others provide able support to main cast of the film.

The direction of Toony is seriously handicapped by a weak and outdated script. Nonetheless, the director has extracted one of the best performances from Rajpal Yadav, especially in comic sequences. The music by Anu Malik is very good and the title track is going to be popular with the masses. The cinematography by Damodar Naidu is excellent.
STARDUST VERDICT
Lack of face value coupled with a weak storyline will mar the chances of this flick at the box office. The clash with ongoing semifinal and final matches of IPL will also work against it. A below average fare.
