STORY
The story revolves around the characters of three friends Abhi (Aftab), Paglu (Riteish) and Amu (Ayesha) who adore each other. One day Paglu makes Amu realize that she was in love with Abhi and has special feelings for him other than just friendship. However, Abhi is not aware of this and falls in love with Anjali aka Kartika (Rimi Sen). What happens thereafter and how the three friends cope with this unexpected twist forms the rest of the film.
The film starts well on a positive note and the bonding among friends has been superbly depicted by the filmmaker. But the kidnapping drama in the second half makes its pace slow and irritates the viewers.
PERFORMANCE
Riteish Deshmukh is very good in the film and has enacted the part of Paglu with élan. Aftab Shivdasani in the character of Abhi shows good grasp of the character and comes out decently. Ayesha Takia looks gorgeous and is quite natural in the character of Amu. Rimi Sen lends some masala and glamour to the movie. However, the terrific talent of Anupam Kher has been wasted in the film. Pawan Malhotra and Mukul Dev do not have much of scope in the film.

The direction of E Niwas is not competent enough. The director seems to have been bogged down by shoddy script. He seems to have paid more attention to making attractive frames rather than sensible script. The music of Vishal Shekhar is average but two numbers ‘maari Teetri’ and the title track should save the day for him.
STARDUST VERDICT
The film is a slow paced love story in this fast paced rocket age. It is unlikely to find favor with the audiences. An average fare at the box office.
